To support our continued growth, we are looking for two Assistant Account Managers to join us in Barcelona and contribute to delivering high-quality experiences and supporting our business operations across Europe.
? Your Role
As an Assistant Account Manager, you will support the European Account Management team in maintaining high-quality data, optimizing customer relationship management processes, and contributing to daily business operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our CRM systems, supporting account managers, and helping improve how we manage and engage with our customers.
This role sits at the intersection of data, business operations, and account management, offering hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing digital marketplace operates.

⚓ What You’ll Do
Data Management & CRM
- Maintain, clean, and update customer data in our CRM tools (Salesforce, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
- Support content quality checks on Boats Group listings
Account Management Support
- Assist account managers with reporting, tracking, and account follow-ups
- Help monitor customer engagement and performance
Business Operations
- Update prospecting lists and support basic market research
- Contribute to improving internal processes and data quality
? What You Should Have
- Fluent in English (C1 minimum); additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable working with data and interested in business operations (CRM systems, etc)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle structured or repetitive tasks with rigor
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to ask questions and learn quickly
Full time internship starting in May until the end of August 2026 !
