As a Consultant within FTI Consulting’s TMT Strategy and Transformation team, you will join a vertically specialized practice with a strong functional focus on strategy, taking ownership of key project deliverables and driving client engagements forward. You will be part of a close-knit team of 35 professionals serving European clients across two dedicated TMT hubs. In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will work alongside experienced consultants and recognized industry experts, leading the identification of client challenges, conducting rigorous analysis, and translating insights into critical strategic recommendations. The role demands a sharp analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams while delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. You will typically lead workstreams within small, high-performing teams that actively encourage collaboration, learning, and ownership. As part of FTI Consulting’s TMT Strategy and Transformation practice, you will lead projects spanning strategic planning through hands-on execution. What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day activities across multiple project workstreams, coordinating with team members, professionals from other firms, and client personnel.
• Apply advanced business, strategy, finance and analytical skills to complex client situations and practice disciplines (e.g., market sizing, market modeling, strategic planning, business plan assessment and validation).
• Drive the development of strategic plans, business transformation initiatives and integration programs for clients.
• Own and deliver client presentations, translating project scope, findings and results into clear, executive-level communications.
• Lead the development of pitch books and marketing materials, contributing to business development efforts.
• Conduct in-depth research on public and private companies and various industries, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

What You Will Need to SucceedBasic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field (required); advanced degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate finance, strategy, or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time and travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree or strong academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience managing complex workstreams independently.
• A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious, highly organized, structured, and able to synthesize ambiguous information into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing and adding value in an international, client-facing environment.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a diverse, multicultural setting and demonstrates strong cultural awareness.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional consulting context.
• Strong expertise and passion for business transformation, market modelling, and strategic planning.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages (especially Spanish) would be a key asset.
