Despite being in Sant Cugat (Barcelona), our service is global with majority of clients from USA, UK, France or Germany. That’s why we are looking for an Spanish and English speaker analyst to join our team.
Are you creative, but can also dive deep into the research? We are searching for a Analyst. Reporting to the board, he/she will be responsible and learn for e-commerce & in-store payment methods.
Key Tasks:
- Relationship with external Banks and Payment Partners to provide stathistics and documents
- Monitor on a daily basis the credit card acceptance.
- Controlling both number of transactions and acceptance.
- Declines breakdown
- Fraud Analyst
Requirements
- Experience with one business analytics tools and dashboard: PowerBI, Google Data Studio or Tableau Experience with complex Excel files
- Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven mindset;
- Problem solver and results-driven, with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficient English required
