The Team

The Finance Business Partner and Revenue Operations organizations are a critical team within Celonis. The team operates in a highly visible environment to executive leadership and is a key player in setting Celonis’s strategic and financial objectives. The goals of business partnering include:

• Guiding executive partners to achieve their operational and financial objectives
• Providing objective, data-driven insights that assist in strategic decision making
• Build KPI frameworks that measure business performance
• Drive the overall financial performance and success of Celonis
  
  

The Role

The Intern Strategy & Operations will be part of a fast paced and global Finance & Revenue Operations teams. This role will support the team building the financial and reporting planning structure to support business leaders in executing global strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability at Celonis. This role reports into the VP Finance & Operations and works closely with business leaders in Value Engineering, Services, Academy, Customer Support and Ecosystem teams.

The Work You’ll Do

• Analyze large data sets and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, summarizing key findings and recommendations
• Build operational tools that help drive the business to their financial and strategic goals
• Work cross-functionally with Value Engineering, Services, Ecosystem and Corporate FP&A teams
• Support automation of assets to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Support the development and documentation of operational processes and procedures
• Ad-hoc business analysis to assess new strategic initiatives and projects
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions and problem-solving activities.
  
  

The Qualifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or pursuing Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides)
• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations and seek opportunities to think outside the box
• Eagerness and ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Agile and team-oriented with excellent presentation & communication skills in English
• Full-time availability for a minimum of five months from June/ July/ August, 2026.
