Role description

This is a part-time hybrid internship role, located in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work.


As a Business Development / Commercial Junior Intern, you will support the commercial team throughout the full sales cycle of Smart City and mobility technology solutions, gaining hands-on experience in both B2G and B2B environments.


Your role & responsibilities

  • Market intelligence: Identify and map potential clients (City Councils, Transport Authorities, large enterprises).
  • Sales ops: Support the preparation of commercial proposals and public tenders (B2G).
  • Networking: Attend mobility and Smart City events to represent the company and generate leads.
  • CRM & reporting: Manage the customer database and follow up on leads and contacts.
  • Growth: Participate in strategic sessions to open new national and international markets.


Profile & qualifications

  • Mandatory: Ability to sign an internship agreement with a University or Educational Institution.
  • Studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or similar.
  • Proactive, commercially minded profile, comfortable with calls and presentations.
  • Interest in technology, Smart Cities, mobility, and social sustainability.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Languages: Spanish Catalan and English required.
