How You Will Create An Impact

• Contribute to the design and development of training content, including building PowerPoint presentations and crafting communications
• Assist in the creation and refinement of best-practice project documents and business development proposals, coordinating with project teams and diving into the healthcare industry
• Enhance and create content for the HC&LS SharePoint page (internal webpage), a key internal knowledge-sharing platform where we centralize communication and resources
• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables for the internal HC&LS SKAI Taskforce, supporting initiatives to drive AI adoption and to build AI capabilities among consultants
  
  

About You

• You are currently completing or have recently completed a master’s degree in Business, Engineering, HR, Psychology, Digital Transformation, or a related field
• You have an interest in knowledge management, training, and AI-enabled ways of working
• Experience in fast-paced or project-based environments is a plus
• You are curious about the healthcare industry, though prior healthcare experience is not required
• Advanced-Proficient level of English
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• You are proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership independently
• You are eager to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT in your daily work
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Teams
