Customer Excellence / Project Management Intern – Webshop Support (6 months, Madrid)
About the Role
What you’ll do
- Monitor the webshop after launch to identify functional, technical, or usability issues
- Investigate, reproduce, and document reported problems and escalate them to the appropriate team
- Review customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues affecting the customer journey
- Provide daily support to internal users by answering questions and helping them use the webshop
- Create and update user manuals, quick guides, and simple training materials
- Maintain an updated log of issues, resolutions, and known workarounds
- Support small improvements to usability, navigation, content, and FAQs
- Review basic webshop performance data to help identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in updating internal documentation, SOPs, and post-launch workflows
- Support the Customer Excellence Manager with activities, timelines, and cross-team coordination
Qualifications
- Education background: currently enrolled in a relevant higher-education programme such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Systems, E-commerce, Business Information Systems, or a comparable field
- We welcome applications from candidates with different academic backgrounds, provided they can demonstrate a clear interest in digital tools, systems, and technology-supported operations
Required Skills
- Ideal profile: comfortable working with digital systems and operational tools, with an interest in supporting webshop maintenance and day-to-day stability in collaboration with business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, understand system-related topics, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a cross-functional environment involving customer excellence, digital operations, and webshop support
- Location: Madrid, Spain. This internship is intended to provide a genuine learning experience in a structured business environment.
